Stone & Whisk is a small-batch artisan bakery based in Las Vegas, Nevada, built around the belief that beautifully made desserts shouldn’t require artificial shortcuts or luxury-level pricing to feel special.

What started as years of baking for friends, family, birthdays, and holidays gradually evolved into something bigger. After being encouraged for years to turn that passion into a business, founder Mica Glass launched Stone & Whisk while continuing formal training in Baking & Pastry Arts through Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.

Before entering the pastry world professionally, Mica spent over a decade in military service and technical leadership roles — experiences that shaped the precision, discipline, and attention to detail that continue to influence Stone & Whisk today.

At the heart of Stone & Whisk is a deep respect for ingredient integrity. The bakery focuses on thoughtfully sourced ingredients, naturally inspired colors and flavors, stone-milled flours, and small-batch production methods that prioritize flavor, texture, and quality over mass production and trends.

Every item is made with intention — whether it’s naturally leavened breads, delicate macarons, decorated sugar cookies, or seasonal desserts. Stone & Whisk embraces a balance of refined technique and approachability: desserts that feel elevated and memorable while still being meant to be shared, enjoyed, and ordered for real-life celebrations.

The name itself reflects that philosophy:
