🛒 Ordering

How do I place an order?

Submit an order request through the website with your desired items, quantities, and date. You’ll receive a response and invoice within 24 hours.

When is my order confirmed?

Orders are confirmed once your invoice is issued and the required deposit is received. Until then, your date is not reserved.

How far in advance should I order?

We recommend placing orders at least 7 days in advance for standard items and 1–2 weeks in advance for custom orders and catering. Availability may vary based on demand.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes—most items have minimum order quantities to ensure quality and consistency. These are listed on the menu page.

💳 Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Zelle, and credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a processing fee.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure your order and reserve your production date.

When is the final balance due?

The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to pickup or delivery.

Do you offer custom cakes and desserts?

Yes! We specialize in custom cakes, decorated sugar cookies, and curated dessert assortments. Share your vision in your order request, and we’ll bring it to life.

Can you match specific colors or designs?

We do our best to match your desired aesthetic, but exact color matching and highly intricate designs may vary slightly due to the nature of edible materials and natural colorants.

Can I make changes to my order?

Changes must be requested at least 7 days prior to your event date. We cannot guarantee modifications after that point.

Do you offer catering packages?

Can I customize a catering package?

Absolutely. Packages are designed to be flexible, and we’re happy to help you build a selection that fits your event and preferences.

Do you offer setup or delivery?

Delivery and setup may be available depending on your location and order size. Fees may apply.

Do you use organic ingredients?

We prioritize high-quality, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, including organic and small-batch products whenever possible.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Yes—select items are available gluten-free. Please note that all products are prepared in a home kitchen where allergens may be present.

Do you use artificial ingredients or sweeteners?

No. Stone & Whisk focuses on real, minimally processed ingredients and does not use non-nutritive sweeteners.

Is your kitchen inspected?

Stone & Whisk operates as a home-based cottage food business in Las Vegas, Nevada and is not subject to government food safety inspection.


📦 Pickup & Delivery

Where are you located?

Stone & Whisk is based in the Historic Alta District in Downtown Las Vegas, NV. Pickup details will be provided after your order is confirmed.

Do you offer delivery?

Delivery may be available depending on your location and order size. Additional fees may apply.


Cancellations & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible for partial credit at our discretion.
